The Nampa Figure Skating Club is in its 38th year(2016). They have around 30 children ranging in ages from 2 -17. Their annual skating carnavel is held in March of each year with great attendance. They run from mid October to mid end of March. They also instruct a Can Skate progran and also a program for the more advanced skaters which includes dance. They have also run a boys skate program ( when there is interest)which is for skaters (boys/girls) that know how to skate and it is based on Power Skate which is drills for hockey.

Several awards are given out each year: BMO CAN Skater of the Year, BMO CAN Skate Champion Award (2), Sportsmanship Award, Most Ardent Skater Award, Tammy Lee Lavoie Memorial Award
